GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
a) General Information
All products sold by Kick Scooter Sydney are covered by warranty as stated in related laws.
b) Warranty Period
The warranty against defects in materials and workmanship commences on the date of purchase and continues for 2 years (frame) & for components 1 year (except of tyre tubes and brake pads).
Any claims related to delivery or damaged stock must be made within 7 days of receipt.
c) Warranty Validity
The warranty is only valid if:
- you comply with the instructions in the manual.
- the warranty card is fully and correctly completed
- a receipt (proof of payment) is provided upon request
- the product has been used only for its purpuses
d) How to make a claim under this warranty
You should make a claim under this warranty at the place of purchase. If it‘ s not possible, you can also claim the warranty at authorised service centres and shops.
e) Notice for Customers and Sellers
If there is a repair made within the warranty period by third party and such a repair is in conflict with the Warranty Terms and
Conditions, the costs of the repair will be paid by the Customer.
NOTICE FOR CUSTOMER
The customer must keep the receipt (proof of payment). The kick scooter must be clean and ready to be send in a spare package.
The customer is responsible for any damage of the product caused during delivery to a service centre.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY
A free of charge repair and/or return of the product does not apply and therefore the warranty does not cover:

improper assembly
-
faults caused by mechanical damage
-
faults caused by improper repair made by a third party
-
faults caused during natural disasters
-
faults caused by improper follow up maintenance
-
common wear and tear (worn out tyres, brake pads, bottom of the footplate etc.)
